A cheat with a * next to it means that I am unsure if it works.

Loto Cheat
Go to the Lillycove Dept. Store and go up to the front desk. There are two women there. Go to the woman on the right. Save your game. Then talk to her. She will offer you a Loto Ticket. Take one and see if the numbers match. If you win a prize then you are very lucky but if you don't simply put off the Gameboy Advance without saving. When you put it back on you will be in front of the woman again. Talk to her again and take another ticket. Continue doing this until you win a prize. It might take a while but it is worth it, especially if you get a Masterball.
